What have you learned from your
audience feedback?
When I’d completed my poster and magazine cover I decided to
show it to the people in my media class and people around the college, I did
this to see their reaction and to get constructive feedback. I asked them
whether they liked the idea I had come up with. People had different reactions
to it, most people I asked said they like it and it looked like a real poster
and magazine cover, other people said they liked the idea of it and it was good
but it didn't look as real as it could have. If I’d had posted my poster and
magazine cover on Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr I could have got more feedback
from a wider audience of different ages but as I was limited with time I didn't have get around to doing so.
By showing my poster and magazine cover to people and
getting their feedback I now know what I could do differently and how to improve
it.
I posted our trailer on YouTube as it is a widely used site
all around the world and easy accessed by people, as well as posting it on
YouTube I also showed several people around the college including students and
staff, the comments I got back were very positive, praising our work and saying
they would like to watch the whole film if it was ever made.
